Day 1
On the first day, we start off with a tour of Soweto followed by a Pretoria city tour. Lunch will be on route depending. After our city tour, we make our way to our hotel. Dinner will be served at the hotel.
Day 2
Departing from Pretoria after breakfast, we will make our way through the Highveld region, dotted with coal mines and maize farms, towards the lowveld. At Dullstroom we will stop for lunch and thereafter make our way to the Panorama Route. We stay over at Pelgrimsrest or Graskop (depending on availability). Dinner at our hotel.
Day 3
After a hearty breakfast we descend down the Drankensberg and make our way through the Bushbuck ridge area. From here we will make our way to the Hoedspruit Research and Breeding Centre for Endangered Species. Here we will go on a guided tour of the project before enjoying lunch. From the project it is only a short distance to one of the numerous lodges in the area where we will be staying. Dinner will be at the lodge.
Day 4
After our morning activities at the lodge as well as a good breakfast, it is time to make our way to the Kruger National Park, having lunch at one of the camps in the Kruger park and staying over in one of the camp in the Kruger park.
Day 5
Today we rise early for an early morning game drive before breakfast. After breakfast we go in search of some more wildlife stopping at one of the camps or picnic spots in the park for lunch. After lunch we make our way slowly back to camp and enjoy dinner.
Day 6
After breakfast we depart from the Kruger Park and make our way across the border into Swaziland. We will lunch on route with some magnificent views at hand, before making our way down to Ngwena glass Factory. After the glass factory we make our way through the capital Mbabane to the Swazi craft market. We move on to the hotel and a hearty dinner.
Day 7
Departing from the hotel we visit the Swazi candle factory on route to the border and Hluhluwe. After check-inn and a light lunch we head out on a game drive in the Hluhlwe Umfolozi game reserve, before returning to the hotel for dinner.
Day 8
This morning we leave Hluhluwe and make our way down the N2 highway towards St Lucia. On route we stop over at some of the markets, before proceeding to St Lucia for lunch followed by a boat cruise. After our boat cruise we check in at our hotel and have time at leisure before dinner.
Day 9
After breakfast we depart for Durban for a city tour ( drive past the harbour, city centre and a visit to the Indian market ) before lunch at the Ushaka Marine World. After lunch we check into our hotel. Dinner this evening will be at our hotel.
Day 10
On our final day, we have the opportunity to sleep-in before breakfast and have some time at leisure on the beach. We start making our way to Durban International Airport where our tour sadly comes to a end.
