Tours

1. We reserve the right to arrange for an alternative company, offering a similar, or the same
tour, to take on passengers, should circumstances require it.

2. All tours are conducted in English by registered tour guides; most other languages are
available on request and will be quoted separately.

3. A 50 % deposit is required to confirm bookings and is payable on reservation - the
balance is due 21 days prior to departure.

4. Prices are subject to change on discretion of management should economic circumstances
require it.

5. All bookings are subject to availability at time of reservation.

6. Roos Transfers & Safaris cc, and employees and/or agents, will take every care against
such contingencies, and cannot be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from any
liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person and/or his/her luggage or personal
property.

7. We strongly advise tourists and passengers to take out adequate travel insurance to cover
personal accidents, medical expenses and loss of baggage.

8. Prices include fuel and toll gate fees only, unless otherwise stated per quotation.

9. A 50 % cancellation fee will apply if a booking is cancelled 21 to 14 days prior to
departure.

10. Full payment will be due if a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to departure.

11. Any kilometers traveled over and above the kilometers as indicated per quote will be
charged extra at R6.50 per kilometer.

12. Driver- & Guide’s meals and accommodation for your account.

13. No smoking or use of alcoholic beverages allowed on vehicles.

14. Quotation is valid for 24 hour's only.
