1. We reserve the right to arrange for an alternative company, offering a similar, or the same transfers, to take on passengers, should circumstances require it.  

2. Full payment is required to confirm the booking for the transfer.

3. Prices are subject to change on discretion of management should economic circumstances require it. 

4. All bookings are subject to availability at time of reservation. 

5. Roos Transfers & Safaris cc, and employees and/or agents, will take every care against such contingencies, and cannot be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from any liability for any loss, damage or injury to any person and/or his/her luggage or personal property. 

6. We strongly advise tourists and passengers to take out adequate travel insurance to cover personal accidents, medical expenses and loss of baggage. 

7. Prices include fuel and toll gate fees only, unless otherwise stated per quotation. 

8. A 50 % cancellation fee will apply if a booking is cancelled 4 to 7 days prior to departure. 

9. Full payment will be held if a booking is cancelled less than 3 days prior to departure. 

10. Any kilometres travelled over and above the kilometres as indicated per quote will be charged extra at R7.00 per kilometre. 

11. Driver’s meals and accommodation for your account. 

12. No smoking or use of alcoholic beverages permitted on vehicles.
