Rietvlei Dam Nature Reserve boasts four of the big five (including buffalo, rhino, lion and leopard). Other game species include cheetah, brown hyena, numerous antelope, zebra and hippos. The reserve is 3 800 hectares in size and is situated 1 525 meters above sea-level. Various activities are also available such as fishing, hiking, horseback riding and open-vehicle game drives. |
